Once we accept your project, you'll be sent a payment link to pay the initial deposit and remaining balance at a later date. All service fees include VAT.
Each service requires payment in two stages.
- A 30% deposit (of full service cost) paid when selecting your design delivery date to secure your project booking.
- The full balance is due 72 hours before your design delivery date.
- We will refund 100% of your deposit, if a refund request is made within 72 hours of booking your design delivery date.
- If you request refund after 7 days, we will refund 50% of the service fee paid.
- If you need to cancel or wish to change the date of your transformation delivery, you will need to contact contact us to change the date.
- We work on projects in phases, once you've paid in full for your service we will only refund 25% of total service fee.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or via card payment link (for a small additional fee).
